I paint my inner world, my shadows and my light, and I want to express my values like freedom, connection and beauty. My aim is to find and express some harmony in the midst of chaos of life. Also ambiguity is important to me. I want the viewer to find his or hers own meanings and different levels and qualities in the paintings. I am also looking to find an inner light for each work. My aim is to make paintings which remind us of peace, yet have pulsating life in them.
